Mitch Ball scored three goals and set up another as the Comox Valley Glacier Kings doubled up on the Victoria Cougars 6-3 Friday night.

Garrett Brandsma, Jordan Kamprath, and Michael Scobie also scored for Comox Valley (12-4-2).

Replying for Victoria (15-3-1) were Ryan Chan, Robert Zadra, and Brody Coulter.

Cameron Large made 35 saves in the win.

After allowing five goals on 20 shots, Evan Roch was replaced by Kiefer Giroux who stopped five-of-six shots in relief.

The Glacier Kings scored five unanswered second period goals after falling behind 2-0.

Next game for the Cougars is Thursday, November 17 against Comox Valley. Game time at the Archie Browning Sports Centre, located at 1151 Esquimalt Road, is 7:15 p.m.
