“The Cobble Hill 10k is always a great race for fast times. We have had icy conditions in the past so the organizing committee is ready with salt if need be,” said Cathy Noel, President of the Vancouver Island Runners’ Association (VIRA). “I challenge everyone that is in the Times Colonist Health Club Challenge to come out and walk or run the 10K on Sunday. For all of you that have made resolutions, hopefully the Island Series can help you stay on track.”
