Players taking part in the 2012 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game this week in Kelowna will arrive in the city on Monday, skating together for the first time in advance of Tuesday’s skills competition and Wednesday’s game.

Following their arrival, the top 40 NHL draft-eligible players in the Canadian Hockey League will have their heights and weights taken by the NHL and will meet with the media before practicing together as teams.

There are two Kelowna Rockets in the game: Captain Colton Sissons is the captain of Team Orr while defenceman Damon Severson is a member of Team Cherry.

Players will be available to the media before they practice at Prospera Place. Team Cherry will be available at 5:30 p.m. and Team Orr will be available at 6 p.m. Team Cherry practices from 7 to 7:50 p.m., followed by the Team Orr practice from 8 to 8:50 p.m.

Tickets remain available for both the Top Prospects Game and the skills competition through or by calling 250-762-5050.
