Victoria (ISN) – After a successful 2011 campaingn that included winning the BC High School Football “AAA” Provincial title last December, a number of Mt. Doug Ram football players will be patrolling the gridiron at the University level next season.
Five graduating Ram players have now signed on at the University level, making this the highest level of Ram players signing on to the next level in any graduating year.
The most notable signee is the Ram’s Terrell Davis, who has signed with the Arizona State Sun Devils. Davis was initially to sign with Washington State, but a last minute coaching change there scuttled those plans, opening the door for the Sun Devils to pick up the coveted running back.

Quarterback Jordan Deverill is also on to the next level, signing a letter of intent with Simon Fraser University. He will be joined there by offensive lineman Evan Telford who also signed with the Clan.
