Four Goal Second Powers Edmonton Over Moose Jaw

(ISN) – The Edmonton Oil Kings used a four goal outburst in the second period to power their way to a 6-1 win over the Moose Jaw Warriors in Game 1 of their WHL Eastern Conference final Friday evening.

Leading the way for the Oil Kings was Stephane Legault who had a pair of goals and an assist, Klarc Wilson with a goal and two assists and Henrik Samuelsson with three assists.  Jordan Wyton had the lone goal for the Warriors.

Edmonton goalie Laurent Brossoit stopped 29 of 30 shots for the win.

Game 2 in the series goes Sunday in Edmonton.
