(ISN) – The Victoria Bantam AAA Red Eagles swept both games of a double-header Saturday against the Richmond Chuckers.

Game 1 ended 6-3 for the Eagles, thanks to pitchers Adam Bontkes and Tyler Schindel, backed by strong offence on the bats.

Pitcher Ethan Skuija put up six strong innings in Game 2, allowing just one earned run. Dylan Werrun closed the game for the Eagles, who came away with a 10-3 win.

The Bantam Red Eagles play another double-header Sunday at home at Carnarvon against Ridge Meadows.
