Chris has also had Junior B experience as an affiliate player for both the Kerry Park Islanders and the Saanich Braves of the VIJHL. In addition to Hockey, Chris has consistently maintained Honour Roll standings at school.

At 16, the 6’1, 180 lbs forward is the youngest addition to the Buccaneers. Nick is a hard working, physical forward. Nick has played competitive hockey for more than 10 years in the Cowichan Minor Hockey Association, most recently with the South Island Thunderbirds.

Thor Rosback

A Port McNeill native, the  6′, 190 lb defenseman adds depth to the defense team of the Buccaneers. Playing hockey in the north island for the past 10 years, 17 year old Thor has spent time as an affiliate player with the North Island Silvertips and the Campbell River Storm. Thor played last year for the Victoria Cougars until a season ending injury forced him back home.

Darien Hamilton

Another Port McNeill product, 6′, 160 lb defenseman, Hamilton followed up more than 10 years of Minor Hockey with a season with the North Island Silvertips, and Affiliate Player of the Campbell River Storm. Darien is a very focused player who tied for the least penalized defenseman on the Silvertips. Darien graduated last year from North Island Secondary School, achieved Honour Roll marks and is hoping to attend VIU this fall.

The Buccaners are looking forward to working with all these players throughout the season.
