Langley, BC (ISN) – Some of the best volleyball-playing countries in the world are coming to Langley this September and you can be part of the action.  Be more than just a spectator as Volleyball Canada, in partnership with the tournament host Langley Events Centre is offering you an opportunity to volunteer at the U-23 Pan American Men’s Volleyball Cup Sept. 25-30 and to be a part of this historic event.

This level of volleyball, which will feature teams from Argentina, Brazil, Dominicana, Mexico, Venezuela and Canada – the latter of which will be represented by the Trinity Western men’s volleyball team –, has never been seen before in Langley and you, yes you, could be there to witness it every step of the way. Whatever your skill set or whatever your experience, the U-23 Pan American Men’s Volleyball Cup has an opportunity for you.

“This will be a great chance for volleyball fans to work around, and with, the best the sport has to offer,” said Jared Harman, director, business development. “It is definitely a unique opportunity for those who enjoy the game.”

The tournament is looking for energetic volunteers who have an interest in working in an exciting and fast-paced sporting environment. If you’re looking for volunteer hours, work experience or just want to be a part of this event, now is the time to get on board.
