March 3, 2013, Victoria, BC (ISN) – The Nanaimo Clippers were in town Saturday night to take on the Victoria Grizzlies at Bear Mountain Arena. After Saturday night’s meeting only two games remain in the Grizzlies regular season.
There was a crowd of 1,185 spectators on hand to take in Saturday night’s action which proved to be in typical style for these two teams when confronting each other on the ice; low scoring and action packed.

The first twenty minutes was all that and more, however both teams had trouble finding the back of the net in the first period. Hats off to goaltenders Brady Rouleau, in for the Grizzlies and Derek Dun for the Clippers, both making some phenomenal saves throughout the first period. Shots for the Grizzlies: 16, Clippers: 5.
