Fortis BC sparks up the Victoria Highlander​s

March 24, 2013, Victoria, BC (ISN) – The Victoria Highlanders Football Club are pleased to announce a partnership with Fortis BC. The partnership allows the Highlanders to work with the province’s largest utilities company with the desire to provide a spark for the upcoming season.
