Victoria Dragon Boat Festival Society
June 10, 2013, Victoria, BC (ISN) – Victoria Dragon Boat Festival Society kicks off their 19th Annual Festival with news about supporting local business; supporting fitness and health through the sport of dragon boating and contributing to the community through the fundraising campaign for the BC Cancer Foundation at the Laurel Point Inn.
The 2013 Canada Dry Victoria Dragon Boat Festival takes place August 16-17-18 2013 at Ship Point in Victoria’s Inner Harbour. The Festival is a celebration of Asian sports and culture. Features include exciting dragon boat races, entertainment on two stages, activities for kids and families, world cuisines and more.

The Victoria Dragon Boat Festival Society raises funds for the BC Cancer Foundation through a number of initiatives, including the Lights of Courage Campaign and the Paddlers’ Pledge Program.
