June 27, 2013, Victoria, BC (ISN) – Anyone looking for a bit of a run over the summer can join in on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 for a casual game of touch.
All are welcome: club members and friends, men and women, juniors and seniors, regardless of experience level. The games are currently held at Velox, but will move to Campus View Elementary School in a week or two when our pitch is closed.
July 8-12 will be the 2nd annual Velox – Langford Summer Rugby Camp. You can find more details at http://www.langfordrugby.com/?page_id=12, but it runs Monday to Friday (9am to 3:300), $250 registration, for boys and girls in the U10, U12, and U14 age categories. We are in the summer break, but many of our players are still busy playing rugby. The South Island Jr Tide U15’s took top prize at the PRC (Provincial Regional Championship) competition last week, outscoring their opponents by a combined score of 145-0 in six games.
