August 22, 2013, Victoria, BC (ISN) – The Victoria Royals are pleased to present the 2013 Intra-Squad Game on Wednesday, August 28th. Puck drop is set for 7:05 p.m. at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
Admission to the game will be by donation, with all proceeds going towards the GoodLife Fitness Children’s Foundation. Seating will be general admission for the game that will mark the completion of the Royals’ 2013 Training Camp.
Fans attending the 2013 Intra-Squad Game will also have the opportunity to beat the box office as single-game tickets, including Victoria’s 2013-14 Home Opener on September 21st against the Vancouver Giants, will be on sale. Tickets can be purchased at the Select Your Tickets box office windows located in the arena concourse. Single-game tickets will go on sale to the general public the following morning at 9:30 a.m. in-person at the Select Your Tickets box office, online at www.selectyourtickets.com or by calling 250-220-7777.
In conjunction with broadcast partners The Zone @ 91.3 and 100.3 The Q!, the Royals will be selling hot dogs, popcorn and pop for only $1.00! Vouchers for dollar dogs, popcorn and pop are available for download and print from www.thezone.fm and www.theq.fm.
Tim Bits Minor Hockey presented by 100.3 The Q! will feature Juan de Fuca Minor Hockey in the first intermission. During the game, fans are encouraged to purchase foam pucks for the Old House Village Chuck-A-Puck for their chance to win a one-night stay and spa treatment for two courtesy of Old House Village in the second intermission! Fans can also purchase End of the Roll 50/50 tickets throughout the game. Proceeds from the evening’s Old House Village Chuck-A-Puck and End of the Roll 50/50 will support Westshore Rebels Football.
