Raiders Acquire Leverton From Lethbridge

September 17, 2013, Prince Albert SK (ISN) – The Prince Albert Raiders have acquired 18-year-old forward Craig Leverton from the Lethbridge Hurricanes in exchange for 17-year-old forward Spencer Meyer.

Leverton played in 106 games for the Hurricanes over the past two seasons, scoring 12 goals and 18 assists for 30 points, along with 67 penalty minutes. The 5’10”, 194-pound Debden, Saskatchewan product recorded one assists and a plus-1 rating in 3 pre-season games for the Hurricanes this month.

“We are pleased to add a 95-age player to our group who will bring experienced depth to our roster”, said Raiders General Manager Bruno Campese.
