Blazers Open WHL Season Tonight

September 20, 2013, Kamloops, BC (ISN) – The Kamloops Blazers will open their 34th season in the WHL tonight when they host the Kelowna Rockets. Game time is 7:00pm at Interior Savings Centre.

The night begins at 5:30pm as there will be a ‘Party on the Plaza’ featuring live music, Zimmer Wheaton trucks on display, a Fun Factor inflatable, Uncle Chris the Clown, a Blazers temporary tattoo station, and more to kick off the season. The Blazers Corner Store will also be open early for fans to check out the new clothing, hats and souvenir items that have arrived so far.

Get in the rink and in your seats early as all 25 players will be introduced and the new score clock will be shown off featuring a brand new entrance video!

The Blazers will also have Canadian Country Music Star Aaron Pritchett on hand to sing the national anthem!
