October 2, 2013, MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat Tigers announce this evening they have resolved their 20-year-old situation by trading forward Boston Leier to the Regina Pats.

The Tigers found themselves with four 20-year-old players, one over the WHL limit of three, with the return of forward Jake Doty last week from the St. Louis Blues organization.

In return for the Saskatoon, SK native, the Tigers will receive a second round bantam draft pick in the 2016 draft.

“We would like to thank Boston for his tremendous contributions to the Tigers’ organization over the past four seasons,” stated Tigers’ general manager/head coach Shaun Clouston. “We wish Boston all the best in Regina.”
