Dinos #3, Huskies #7 entering Canada West bye week

October 7, 2013, EDMONTON (ISN) – The University of Calgary Dinos hold the #3 ranking in the FRC-CIS Top 10 football poll released by Canadian Interuniversity Sport on Tuesday.

With a win over the second-place Saskatchewan Huskies, the Dinos have clinched first place in Canada West and a home playoff date the weekend of Nov. 1-2.

The Huskies, which have lost just two games this year – both to Calgary – drop one spot to #7, with Manitoba falling out of the rankings.

All Canada West teams have the Thanksgiving weekend off in preparation for the final two weeks of the conference season.
