October 31, 2013 Vancouver, BC (ISN) – The Canadian Freestyle Ski Association announced today that Sandy Wolofsky has been hired as the Association’s interim Media Relations Manager effective November 3, 2013 through to the end of March 2014. Sandy brings 20 years of international journalism experience with her as well as the benefit of being a life long avid skier.
“We’re delighted to have someone with Sandy’s experience take over our media relations and social media responsibilities,” said Peter Judge, CEO of the CFSA. “She knows our sport well and the fact that she if fluent in Russian as well as French and English is going to be a bonus in this Olympic year”.
“Our Association has a reputation for excellent media relations that has been built up over the past fifteen years. Each one of our media relations people have built on the work that has gone before – most recently by Kelley Korbin. I am convinced that this will continue with Sandy as we move towards Sochi” Judge added.
