October 31, 2013, Kamloops, BC (ISN) – The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack women’s volleyball team looks for it’s first win of the young Canada West season this weekend.

The WolfPack are home to the University of Calgary Dinos.

Calgary is 1 and 1 after the opening weekend of play while Thompson Rivers is 0 and 2.

The Dinos are led by Ali Wooley. She is third in the Canada West in kills (4.20 per set) and points (4.90 per set). Jorchlynn Guy is seventh in assists (9 per set) while Emma Pedersen of the Dinos is 8 th in Canada West in blocks (1.10 per set).

The only WolfPack player among the leaders in Canada West stats is Carly Nelson (3rd year, middle, Victoria, BC). She is fourth in service aces at 0.67 per set.

Game times Friday and Saturday at the Tournament Capital Centre are 1 pm.
