November 9, 2013, Windsor ON (ISN) – The University of Victoria Vikes rowers completed their second day at the RCA National Rowing Championships, Nov. 9. The regatta, being held in Windsor, Ont. at the Welland International Flatwater Centre South Course features several rowers from UVic rowing under their provinces banners instead of Vikes boats.
