Field is set for 2014 AMJ Campbell Mixed Curling Championship in Duncan

February 26, 2014, Duncan, BC (ISN) – The field has been set for the 2014 AMJ Campbell Mixed Curling Championship in Duncan. Eight curling teams from around the province will be battling for the BC crown and the chance to represent the province at nationals in North Bay, Ontario.

Teams from New Westminster, Richmond, Vancouver, Kerry Park, Victoria, Prince Rupert, Salmon Arm and Kimberley will be taking part.

Ken Percival, chair of the host committee from Duncan Curling Club, said: “The Duncan Curling Club is really looking forward to hosting the 2014 AMJ Campbell BC Mixed Curling Championship. We know these eight teams will have a great time in our community.”

Teams are made up of two men and two women playing a 10-end game of curling.

  • Team Bernhardt – Prince Rupert Curling Club
  • Skip: Travis Bernhardt – Prince Rupert
  • Third: Katie Wahl – Prince Rupert
  • Second: Paul Eisenhauer – Prince Rupert
  • Lead: Natasha Lebedick – Prince Rupert
