March 21, 2014 (ISN) – The first leg of the Americas 2 Rugby World Cup 2015 qualifier between Uruguay and USA in Montevideo this Saturday will be streamed live and free on rugbyworldcup.com. Coverage starts at 15:00 EDT / 19:00 GMT.
The winner over the two legs will qualify for Rugby’s pinnacle tournament as Americas 2 and join 1995 and 2007 champions South Africa, Samoa, Scotland and the Asian qualifier in Pool B.
For the loser, the dream remains alive but qualification will be achieved the hard way as they will need to progress through the repechage system by first taking on the runner-up of the Asian 5 Nations with a place in Pool A eventually up for grabs.
Due to broadcast restrictions and the fact the match will be shown live by ESPN in South America, the stream will be geo-blocked in that region.
Full reaction will appear on www.rugbyworldcup.com and via @rugbyworldcup.
The second leg, in Atlanta, Georgia, on 29 March, will also be streamed live on rugbyworldcup.com in all regions apart from USA, where fans can watch live coverage on Universal Sports.
