Splash Of Color – April 19 @ Royals Roads University. A Family Fun Run, each participant will be dressed in their new ‘white’ Splash of Color t-shirt and sunglasses and will head for the first marker with volunteers waiting to shower them with a brilliant cloud of colored powder (of course safe for the environment and you!)
At the next marker, a different colored cloud will be waiting and by the end of the run, each participant will be covered in five vibrant colors. The full route for Splash of Color is just less than 5km in total, walk, run have fun. Plus more activities. REGISTER OR VOLUNTEER: www.splashofcolor.ca

Hockey Night In Canada PLAY-ON! Tournament! – April 26 to 27 @Ogden Point. We enter a TH team in the Hockey Night in Canada Play-On! 4-4 Tourney. Registration due by April 20, register with Shane for Team Topaz. Minimum 4 players, max 7. $60 a player. Event at Ogden Point!

24 Hour Relay – May 31 to June 1 @ Centennial Stadium, University of Victoria. We are looking to enter a Team! The Easter Seals 24 Hour Relay is an annual community based fundraiser event that challenges groups of people to run or walk Relay-style for 24 hours also a NEW 12 hour relay! (10am-10pm.)
Their team will be able to participant for 12 hours and be a part of our Opening Ceremonies and Half Time announcements and then come back at 10am to be a part of our Closing Ceremonies. Island Summer Games – June 27 to 29 @Topaz Park. TH is hosting the Hockey Tourney at ISG. We look forward to the Games this year! Register a TH team with Shane. 2 days of fun, sports, music, food and drinks. Dodge ball, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey and Football. Register teams! Proceeds go towards the Mustard Seed Food Bank and the Topaz Box Revitalization Project. Event @ Topaz Park!

Five Hole For Food – July 18, Location: @Victoria, Saanich Plaza July 19 @Vancouver: Granville Street. We have officially partnered with ISG. A team travels across Canada stopping in each city along the, closing down a street and playing hockey to help raise awareness and donations for local food banks during summer months.
In Victoria we help organize the event and play hockey for the entire day with the local community while raising food & cash donations for the Mustard Seed Food Bank. Free Event! Guinness World Record Longest Outdoor Hockey Game – August 7 to 12, in Nanaimo. We have teamed up with Youth Sticking Together to break the Guinness World Record for the World’s Longest ‘Outdoor’ Hockey Game which is currently held by Alberta with 105 Hours and 17 minutes. Uptown 4-4 Tourney – Date: TBA in September @Uptown. Uptown Shopping Centre hosts a 4-4 tourney and we helped them about 2 years ago with it. We have decided to help again and also enter a TH team as well. Proceeds go to the Victoria Hospital Foundation. Fees will be low priced, probably like $10 a player. One Day 2014 – Date: TBA in September @Topaz Park. We have teamed up with One Day event at Topaz Park to organize a friendly hockey game for all.
After all we are celebrating ‘one day’ where people from the community can celebrate diversity, community and come together. Also to celebrate the achievements of people living with disabilities. Generally the event takes place in the 2nd or 3rd week of September, just waiting to see the Permit dates. Please join us for a fun day in the park, with live music, food drinks and fun for all! Friends of Braefoot Dinner Gala – Date: TBA October. Location: TBA. Braefoot Community Association donated 18,000 sq of synthetic tile surface called Sport Court. Part of the deal is we attend the Dinner Gala. A great evening with BCA, well dressed people, great food and great atmosphere. Topaz Table sits 8. With Tickets at $150 a person. 2014 Year End Celebration & Awards Ceremony – Date: TBA. November. Location: TBA. The best way to end a season is to celebrate with your fellow players and enjoy some good food! We get together at an establishment (still to be announced), have food and drinks, review the season and stats, vote for your favorite players, hand-out some trophies and awards to players.
