May 9, 2014 (ISN) – The AsiaXPAT Kowloon Warriors hoisted the RBC Asia Cup for the second time, winning the 2013-2014 CIHL championship and capping of a brilliant season for the CIHL, Hong Kong’s first full-contact, elite ice hockey league.
The 2013-2014 season has proved to be the CIHL’s best yet, with the competition getting stronger and stronger every year. Off the ice, the CIHL’s community programmes continued to make strides, with the RBC Adopt a School Program in its third successful year, the CIHL Intern Program attracting more attention than ever and a host of new and returning partners and fans who made the season possible.
The CIHL would like to express its sincere gratitude to all of the CIHL’s partners, especially league sponsor RBC for their support. The 2013-2014 season was the CIHL’s strongest yet, in large part because of the league’s dedicated and enthusiastic partners.
The CIHL is proud to have the continued support of many partners who have been part of the league since its first season and delighted to have the opportunity to work with new partners who share common values and goals with the CIHL.
