swimmers executed anaerobic and endurance test sets as well as work on relay
takeovers, strength and conditioning.

In individual finals, Katerine Savard of Pont-Rouge, Que., was fifth in the 50-m
butterfly and Kennedy Goss of Toronto sixth in the women’s 100-m backstroke.
