Today Canada looks to add to the impressive haul of seven gold from yesterday.

Meaghan Benfeito and Roseline Filion get Canada back on the gold trail today with a win in the 10m synchronised diving.

Scoring 310.65, the girls beat the competition with five clean dives.

    This was enough to fend off English duo Sarah Barrow and Tonia Couch, who win silver with a score of 307.92, with the Malaysian team getting 300.12
