Another day of success for Team Canada.
Having already scored medals earlier in the day at the Gymnastics, Team Canada’s wresters didn’t want to let the side down.
This is a long list of medalists today.

In the Gold medal match she faced Babita Kumari of India, who bested her with a 3-1 defeat.
Following Bittanee in the medals for Canada was Jevon Balfour, 65kg competitor
After crusing through with 3-1 wins over all his opponents, Balfour fell to Yogeshwar Dutt 4-0.
Danielle Lappage managed to best her compatriots by winning Gold in the wome’s 63kg category.
Following a 4-0 semi-final against England’s Chloe Spiteri, Lappage went on to face Geetika Jakhar, of India., where she won 3-0 by the end of time.
A great few days for Team Canada’s wrestlers on the last day of the event.
But wait, we’re not done yet.
Tamerlan Tagziev of Canada won the 86kg Gold against Andrew Dick of Nigeria.
Tagziev is a relatively recent addition to Team Canda, having only moved to the country in 2009. Canada are certainly happy to count him as on of their citizens.
