Six Nations Chiefs 8 Victoria Shamrocks 6
Coach Heyes made a change for game 5 of the Six Nations, Victoria
Shamrocks 7 game Mann Cup series. Cody Hagledorn started in goal for
The shamrocks scored first for the first time in this series.
Six Nations would counter however with a 4 goal run. The Doyle line with
Shattler and Jamieson have been hard to contain and limit for the entire
series despite the rocks playing a much better period they were down 4-1
after the 1st.
In the second the Shamrocks kept pushing the pace and they scored the
first of the second period on a goal by Wardle. Tyler Hass scored a great
transistion goal in the 2nd as well. The Chiefs responded with their top
line with Beirnes getting a goal from Doyle and Shattler. Cody Haggedorn
stood on his head and battled resulting in the rocks winning the period 2-1
to pull within 2.
The rocks kept the momentum going in the 3rd with a pair of goals by
game MVP Corey Small before a few bad penalties killed the early period

“Third period had some great momentum and tied things up”. “Small hit
a post and then the penalty”. “ We couldn’t recover from that mistake”
Defensive coordinator Jordan Sundher said “no excuses we will win on
friday and saturday guaranteed”.
Defence man” Greg Harnett told me “We will be prepared when we play on Friday”, “We
will put it all on the.
My prediction for game 6 is 8-4 shamrocks. There will be a game 7 folks.
That’s my view from a chair.
