(ISN) – Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops Blazers will have 16-year-old forward Jake Kryski back for practice this week after he competed at the U-17 World Challenge for Canada Red in Sarnia, Ontario.
Kryski was tied for the point lead on Canada Red with a goal and four assists for five points in five games.
The 5’11” and 170lb forward has five goals and 11 points in 16 games with the Blazers this season. He is one of the top scoring 16-year-olds in the WHL.
Kryski helped Canada Red to a sixth place finish at the tournament. Russia won the Gold Medal as they defeated the USA 2-1 in the final.
The Blazers are back on home ice this week as they host the Spokane Chiefs on Friday, November 14th.
