Announcing Volleyball Canada’s Holiday Auction

‘Tis the season to bid on gifts that benefit our national teams

Just in time for the holidays, Volleyball Canada is holding a second online auction this year. From Dec. 2 to 5, go to to bid on carefully selected items that will make great holiday gifts. All proceeds go toward Volleyball Canada’s national team programs.

The “priceless” items include a Jonathan Toews signed Olympic replica hockey jersey, and a Gavin Schmitt signed team Canada jersey. Volleyball specific items include Mizuno jersey sets, Tachikara volleyballs, and player kits. And there’s also a weekend in Toronto that includes NHL Tickets (Ottawa vs Leafs)!

The holiday auction is in addition to the annual winter auction that will be held March 9-13, 2015. This event reaches thousands of supporters across the country and will also take place online ( The auction has proven to be one of Volleyball Canada’s most successful annual fundraisers, and this year we anticipate another record-setting campaign. The funding is especially important as we help our athletes reach their goals of qualification and success at the 2016 Rio Olympics and Paralympics, as well as a podium performance at the 2015 Pan American/Parapan Games in Toronto.

Volleyball Canada is a national, non-profit, registered charity that oversees the organization of our Canadian national indoor, beach and Para-volleyball teams.
