AMES, Iowa — Iowa State has dismissed safety T.J. Mutcherson for violating team rules.

Mutcherson started 10 games as a sophomore last season before being suspended for the final two games. Mutcherson made 76 tackles and had a pair of interceptions for the Cyclones in 2014.

Iowa State coach Paul Rhoads also said Friday that wide receiver Damein Lawry, tight end Alex Leslie and offensive lineman Duaron Williams will transfer.
