(ISN) – The ‘She Kicks’ program is back for its third year with support from the Province of British Columbia and ViaSport. The program is a partnership between Lower Island Soccer Association and the University of Victoria Women’s Vikes soccer team that is geared to the development of female soccer coaches by providing an opportunity for young female soccer players to attend female only coaching courses hosted by LISA and the University Of Victoria.

This year’s Active Start and Fundamental coaching courses will take place in February and are open to all female players in grades 10, 11 and 12 playing in the Lower Island Soccer Association. The courses are free to attend thanks to the financial support of the Province of British Columbia and ViaSport.

Information about the courses and how to sign up is available on the Lower Island Soccer

Association’s website www.lowerislandsoccer.com
