For 20 years, Canada has been the most dominant nation in the world in Freestyle skiing. Our athletes have won 18 Olympic medals and over 1200 World Cup medals in the disciplines of Moguls, Aerials, Slopestyle and Halfpipe.
The costs to train and eventually compete with the world’s best athletes is extremely high, creating barriers for talented athletes to achieve their dreams.
Through the Canadian Freestyle Ski Athletes’ Fund, we can change that.
With your support, we can ensure the future development of the next generation of medallists while maintaining Canada’s reign on the international stage.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 in the next six weeks and $5,000,000 over the next four years. Tax receipts will be issued for all donations over $25.
- Continuing to provide athletes with the resources necessary to achieve success for Canada on the international stage
- Providing financial support to national team athletes with out-of-pocket competition and travel expenses
- Removing barriers of participation for future athletes in all disciplines and at all levels of freestyle skiing
- Supporting national team athletes in the various stages of their transition following their retirement from sport
