(ISN) – MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin women’s hockey freshman Emily Clark has been named the WCHA Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Jan. 30-Feb. 2, 2015, the league announced Tuesday.

Clark had a career day last Friday, as the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, native tallied two goals, including the game winner, and an assist in UW’s 3-0 win over Minnesota State. It marked the second time that Clark had tallied three points in her career, as she recorded two goals and an assist in her collegiate debut, a 4-1 win over No. 10 Minnesota Duluth on Oct. 3.

On Saturday, Clark assisted on the Badgers’ game-tying goal in their 5-1 win at Minnesota State. She finished the weekend +4 and had a shooting percentage of .222.
