|Equine Canada is about to undergo some of the most meaningful changes since its inception.The Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, which came into force in 2011, and its laws, must be incorporated into Equine Canada’s governance structure.
After an extensive consultation process, new proposed By-laws have been drafted to align Equine Canada’s structure with the new Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act.
As a voting member of the organization, it is essential for you to review and be aware of the important changes contained in the proposed By-laws.
