TORONTO – Swimming Canada has announced ticket details for the upcoming Team Canada Trials in Toronto April 1-4.

The event will feature Canada’s top swimmers vying for their chance to represent their country at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto and the FINA World Championships in Kazan, Russia. The Trials are also an important stepping stone for athletes who have their sights set on the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Fans can catch all the excitement at the newly constructed Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre from April 1 – 4. Prelims begin at 10 a.m. and finals begin at 6 p.m. each day.
Team Canada Trials Ticket Pricing (all prices include one heat sheet per family):
Heats: $5 per person
Finals: $15 per person
4 Day Meet Pass:  $60 per person. ($20 savings)
3 Day Meet Pass: $45 per person ($15 savings)
2 Day Meet Pass: $30 per person ($10 savings)
Children 12 and under are free
Tickets are available at the door and payable by cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit.

Swimming clubs with groups of 10 or more can also take advantage of a special price of $5 per registered swimmer, which includes one free coach ticket per 10 swimmers. For further information, contact Amanda Zevnik at

Meanwhile, admission to the Can Am Para-swimming Championships March 20-22 at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre will be free. That meet serves as the selection trials for the 2015 Parapan Am Games in Toronto and IPC Swimming World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland. Heats begin at 9:30 a.m., with finals set for 6 p.m. each day.
