(ISN) – Victoria, BC- The Victoria Royals will meet the Kelowna Rockets in the second round of the WHL Playoffs for a best-of-seven series beginning on Friday, April 10th in Kelowna. Victoria will host Game 3 and Game 4 of the series on Tuesday, April 14th and Wednesday, April 15th, respectively. The Royals would also host Game 6 on Sunday, April 19th if necessary.
The Royals defeated the Prince George Cougars 4-1 in the first round of the WHL Playoffs. Victoria concluded the 2014-15 WHL regular season as the second seed in the Western Conference’s BC Division.
Kelowna finished the regular season as the top team in the Western Conference and the four-seed in the BMO Canadian Hockey League rankings and will have home ice advantage this series.
