Miller, 25, hit .429 (9×21) with 6 runs scored, 3 doubles, 4 home runs, 5 RBI in 6 games last week vs. the San Diego Padres (2 G) and Boston Red Sox (4 G). Miller reached base at a .500 clip (3 BB) and slugged 1.143 to combine for a 1.643 OPS.
Miller has hit 4 home runs over his last 5 games, after hitting one home run in the first 30 games of the season. Over the last two games Miller has hit 3 home runs, including his fifth career multi-home run game May 16 vs. the Red Sox.
He started three games at designated hitter, two games at shortstop and made his debut in left field during the week.
