The Toronto Blue Jays have informed the Victoria HarbourCats that former MLB all-star outfielder Lloyd Moseby will be in Victoria for the Honda Super Camp, a youth instructional clinic, on July 12-13.

Moseby joins Roberto Alomar, Tanyon Sturtze, Brian McRae, Homer Bush and Devon White on the list of coaches for this camp, which will take place at Sports Traders Diamond at RAP.
The HarbourCats thank the Greater Victoria Baseball Association for their sponsorship of the clinics. The two-day camp is open to all local baseball or softball players, and is part of the Blue Jays’ national camp series. It is the only stop on Vancouver Island this summer.
There are still seats available for tonight’s popular and highly-anticipated Canada Series, with the HarbourCats facing the Langley Blaze — gates open at 4:30pm, with the game starting at 6:35pm. The fireworks show, presented by KOOL FM, will start after the game.
On Canada Day, it’s the Yates Street Taphouse Canada Day Game, with a meet-the-team social after the game at the Yates Street Taphouse. The game will start with Victoria Skydivers Club members dropping in, and Citizenship judge Gerry Pash leading the crowd in a renewal of their Canadian Citizenship oath.
Watch for news about an exciting street fair beside Sports Traders Diamond on July 8, that the HarbourCats are pleased to be a part of and team with the NPNA, who are great friends to the baseball team. We are proud to once again work with the NPNA and their leadership on community initiatives.
