National Men’s Summer Under-18 roster

Calgary, AB – Hockey Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Hockey League, today announced its National Men’s Summer Under-18 roster that will compete at the 2015 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Cup next week. Of the 22 players selected, 12 currently play in the WHL.

The roster was selected following a five-day selection camp that included daily practices and three Red-White intrasquad games during Hockey Canada’s National Teams’ Summer Showcase at the Markin MacPhail Centre at WinSport’s Canada Olympic Park in Calgary.

Full Team Canada Roster

The 12 WHL players selected to the 22-man roster were the most of any League. In total, 43 players attended the five-day selection camp.

The 2015 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Cup will take place between August 10-15 in Breclav, Czech Republic and Piestany, Slovakia. Team Canada has won the event the last seven consecutive years and 19 of 24 times since 1991.
