Canada West Universities Athletic Association (CWUAA) is proud to announce an expanded webcasting schedule on – the official home of web-based broadcasting for all 17 Canada West member institutions – for the 2015-16 season. The University of Victoria Vikes will continue to live stream all soccer and basketball home games via

The upcoming season will mark a significant expansion for, which since the 2011-12 season has streamed 1,000s of Canada West events. This season fans of Canada West will have access to every conference regular season and playoff game in football, basketball, volleyball, and for the first time hockey. In total, more than 900 Canada West regular season games are scheduled to be webcast in 2015-16, along with over 50 conference playoff games/events.

In order to facilitate the expanded webcasting schedule in 2015-16, the conference is implementing a pay-per-view model, with all funds generated to be reinvested in

Expanding the conference’s webcasting capabilities, both in terms of the number of games webcast, but also the quality of production for each event, has been identified as a key area of growth by the conference’s board of directors, which approved the expanded webcast schedule and pay-pre-view model earlier this year.

“The purpose of Canada West TV is to make all of our great events available to our fans anywhere in the world, which is something that regular television simply can’t do,” said Canada West President Ian Reade. “We believe the development of is the foundation of our marketing platform for the future.”

Fans will have a number of viewing options for the upcoming season, with a trio of passes available to fit any fans viewing needs.

The CW multi-sport pass gives subscribers access to every regular season and playoff game/event, including the conference’s football championship the Hardy Cup. At $33.75 USD, the multi-sport pass provides tremendous value, at a cost of less than a dime per game.

For fans of a particular sport, the CW single sport pass ($22.50 USD) provides coverage of every game – both men’s and women’s – in one sport.

The third and final option available for viewers is the CW single day pass ($3.75 USD), which grants viewers access to every webcast on a given day. This viewing option allows fans the ability to enjoy a specific game, or event at an affordable price.
