The West Kelowna Warriors will have a new broadcast home this season, as they bring all the action to Warriors fans live on MIXLR, dubbed W.I.N for the Warriors Internet Network.

Kyle Anderson returns to bring fans all of the play-by-play and inside scoop for all 58 Regular Season games and playoffs, plus 3 exhibition games starting with Saturday August 29th in Trail.

Mixlr is free and easy to tune in, as reflected in their tagline “We make live audio simple”.

Fans can listen to the games starting with the pre-game show 20 minutes prior to puck drop each night during the regular season, and 5 minutes prior to puck drop during the exhibition games.

With the new system, fans will be able to tune in from their laptops or mobile devices, hear sponsor ads as they pertain to the Warriors during stoppages, and get access to game archives the following day.

“This is an excellent system,” says radio voice Kyle Anderson, “we used it with the Kelowna Falcons this summer for baseball and fans always commented how clean and crisp the audio was, and how easy it was to access”

The link for the broadcast is available at www.westkelownawarriors.ca by clicking Listen Live on the left sidebar, or on twitter @BCHLWarriors 30 minutes prior to puck drop.

The following exhibition games will be broadcast before the Home Opener on September 11th vs. Merritt:

August 29th – @ Trail – 7:30 pm puck drop, 7:25 pre-game
September 4th – @ Salmon Arm – 7 pm puck drop, 6:55 pre-game
September 5th – vs. Salmon Arm – 7 pm puck drop, 6:55 pre-game

The Home Opener will also be a night to “Jam the West Kelowna Foodbank” as fans will get in half-price if they bring a donation to the game for the food bank.
