LANGLEY, British Columbia – The Trinity Western women’s soccer team will enter its season-opening weekend this Friday and Saturday as the No. 2 team in the CIS Top 10, as the Spartans were slotted in second in the national poll for the second straight week. The men’s soccer team remained unranked.

The Spartans women open their season at home this Friday when they host UBC followed by a contest Saturday against Victoria. Both games are at 5 p.m.

The men’s soccer team starts its season on the road with games against Thompson Rivers Saturday and UBC Okanagan Sunday.
