Nolan Kneen Selected to Canada’s Under-17 Team


Kamloops, BC – Defenseman Nolan Kneen has been named by Hockey Canada to their 66-man roster for the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge in Fort St. John and Dawson Creek from October 30th until November 7th.

Kneen is in his first full season with the Blazers, and has picked up a goal and an assist in five games.

The 16-year-old was selected by the Blazers in the first round, third overall in the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft.

The Duncan, BC native is likely to miss five WHL regular season games as he competes at the World U-17 Hockey Challenge later this month.
