HOW IT WORKS

132 players will compete at the first of four qualifying tournaments for the 2016 Mackenzie Tour – PGA TOUR Canada. Here’s the breakdown of the status available at each of the four events:

Finish position Status
Medalist Exempt status
2nd through 16th (no ties) Exempt through first re-shuffle
17th through 40th (plus ties) Conditional status

THE COURSE

Reunion’s Nicklaus Course, a 7,244-yard par-72 layout hosted Q-School in 2014 and provided an extremely tough test, with just one player breaking par for the week and players at 12-over par earning conditional status. Players to earn status that week include current Web.com Tour members Ryan Brehm and Matt Harmon as well as last year’s Wildfire Invitational champion Chris Ross.
