Group includes three forwards, three defensemen and a goalie
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Seven newcomers are set to join the Ohio State men’s hockey program in the fall, Steve Rohlik, Ohio State head coach, announced. Defensemen Wyatt Ege, Matt Miller and Gordi Myer and goalie Sean Romeo will join forwards Ronnie Hein, Tanner Laczynski and Sam McCormick who signed National Letters of Intent in the fall in the Class of 2016. The group includes two Ohio natives and players from Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
“We are excited to welcome these seven players to our program,” Rohlik said. “They each contribute different qualities we are looking for in our lineup. They understand what it means to be a Buckeye and will make great additions to our team.”
