The West Kelowna Warriors would like to congratulate Garrett Forster on his commitment to St. Norbert College to play for the Green Knights beginning in 2016/2017.

Forster, from Delta, BC, is a four-year BCHL veteran of 246 games, and was acquired in an off-season trade with the Victoria Grizzlies last summer. He put up 25 goals and added 29 assists in 51 games this season with West Kelowna.

Garrett also played in 50 BCHL playoff games, including 24 this season with the Warriors, scoring six times and adding 12 assists. In five Western Canada Cup Games, Forster had one goal and one assist.
In his career, Forster also played for the Chilliwack Chiefs, Coquitlam Express, and the Surrey Eagles, before full seasons with Victoria and the Warriors.

“Garrett has been a heart and soul guy all year. He plays the game the right way and never takes shifts off. We would like to congratulate him on all his hard work in earning this commitment.” said Head Coach Rylan Ferster.
