The Jr. Shamrocks let an 8-4 second period lead get away from them, giving up 5 straight goals as they fell 9-8 to the Langley Thunder Sunday.

No Shamrock player was able to solve Langley netminder Torin VanRheenan more than once but it was Nick Preston leading the offense with a goal and 2 assists.  The Jr. Rocks will make the trip over the Malahat to take on the Nanaimo Timbermen Wednesday and will wrap up the regular season with a pair of games next weekend.

Saturday, they will host the Burnaby Lakers in a 5:00 pm start on Fan Appreciation Night and Sunday they will take on the Delta Islanders in the Ladner Leisure Centre.
