Vees Announce Exhibition Dates & Prices


PENTICTON, BC –The Penticton Vees will be getting their reps in ahead of the 2016-17 BCHL regular season. Tuesday the team announced their six-game exhibition schedule, which includes three games at the SOEC.


The Vees will play a pair of games against Trail, Vernon and West Kelowna from August 24th to September 3rd. Penticton’s three exhibition home games are August 24th against the Warriors, August 30th versus Vernon and September 2nd against the Smoke Eaters. They’re in Vernon on August 25th, and then make visits to West Kelowna and Trail on August 31st and September 3rd. All three Vees’ exhibition home games are 7 pm starts.


Exhibition tickets go on-sale at 10 am Wednesday morning, and are just $5 for adults and seniors. Students and children 18 and under are FREE, courtesy of Peter’s Bros. Construction. Fans can pick up their exhibition tickets at the Valley First Box Office (at the SOEC).


The Vees open up their regular season schedule in Prince George on Saturday, September 10th, against the Spruce Kings. The 2016-17 home opener is Saturday, October 1st, against the Smokies.
