BC in the spotlight for three major national curling events

The start of the 2016-17 curling season is here and it’s an exciting one.

The national curling spotlight will be shining on BC for three major events this season, including the Grand Slam of Curling Tour Challenge in Cranbrook from November 8-13 and the Travelers Curling Club Championship in Kelowna from November 20-26.

Our juniors will also be in the spotlight this season when the 2017 Canadian Junior Men’s and Women’s Curling Championships are staged in Esquimalt. The event takes place from January 21-29. The call for volunteers for this event is still out there, so please consider signing up. Visit http://www.curling.ca/2017juniors/volunteers/ to lend a hand.
